Deborah Duke, Certified Equine Specialist/Human Behavior Specialist
Deborah has extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Organizational Development and Management (MAOM) B2B Sales, Brand Marketing, Media Placement, Executive Coaching, Leadership, Team Building, and Training Development. Duke holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University graduating in 2006, at the top of her class with a GPA 3.89. As an entrepreneur, she was recognized as one of four top producers in the nation for her home based business and was awarded the title of “The Fabulous Four” for her accomplishments.

Amanda Thompson, Certified Equine Specialist/Leadership Development Coach
As the founder of Riverbend Leadership, Amanda specializes in using horses to help leaders improve relationships through understanding non-verbal communication. She began her journey in 2005 by helping owners of "problem horses" gain respect and communicate clearly with thier horses using Natural Horsemanship techniques. Discovering the EAGALA program in 2009, Amanda immediatley knew this was her passion and became a certified Equine Specialist. She spent 2 years running a horse therapy program that assited veterans with PTS and other emotional trauma. A veteran herself, Amanda served 4 years on active duty with the US Air Force. Amanda is currently a member of the 180th Fighter Wing in Swanton, Ohio. She also holds degrees in Small Business Management, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources.
After spending 11 years in the Air Force and 6 years owning her own business, Amanda discovered how essential clear and positive communication is to a company's success. She feels it is necessary for companies to improve communication starting with the top level. Amanda has put together a program where horses teach executives and their employees how to identify and correct shortfalls in communication and leadership throughout their company, resulting in higher efficiency and increased productivity.

Paul received his MA at Bowling Green State University, becoming both a licensed counselor and licensed school counselor.He currently assists college students with individual and group counseling, as well as aiding college ministry activities. Paul began his career teaching 7th & 8th grade math after graduation from the University of Kentucky, before moving on to pursue a full-time career in ministry. Paul enjoys working with a variety of people and has special interest in interpersonal relationships, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, couples' counseling, religion and spirituality and he has received training in veteran concerns. Through a close working relationship with The Center For Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) Sarah gained a vast array of experience in product traceability, nutritional science, and health, safety, and quality control audits. Sarah has owned and operated two local companies and has spent the last 4 years coaching entrepreneurs and start up businesses in Northwest Ohio.
